After visiting R. Kingmans property to address the points raised i would like to state the following: 1. R kingman has no door on one side of the kitchen and any other doors she does have fitted do not close. 2. Cement was not used in the fitting of the kitchen or bathroom. R Kingman states that a open bag of cement was left on the floor in the kitchen whilst a Wicks kitchen was fitted. With only 3m2 left to work in this is untrue. 3. R kingman was not living in the property at the time and left her house and contents on the agreed start date uncovered and total unprepared.
