Last year my wife and i booked a one month holiday to Benidorm with Global travel Lounge and were unfortunate enough to be booked on a flight from Norwich Airport with the airline LTE which went into liquidation. We paid the £400 deposit via our Barclays Mastercard and were expecting to get a refund from Barclays but were unsuccessful as they came up with a reason why we were not covered. Global Travel Lounge were told of this and were very sympathetic and repaid us themselves. We were very pleased and would certainly book again with them
