"Sevice with a smile"

I am often pleased with the sevice offered by your bus drivers in norwich.

I was particularly impressed today on the 26 service to Horsford when the driver was so helpful and cheerful with many of the passengers and even held a baby for a lady who had to unload a pram, a baby and two young children. It was so helpful.

Perhaps the company could make a point of passing on this complement to the driver. It was the No 26 bus that arrived in Horsford on Tues 15th Sept at 15.20; it turns round and would have left Horsford at about 15.24
