A review of Vodafone UK by Norman hall written on Friday 28th of August 2009
I have a pay as you go Vodafone. When trying to reach Norwich store I am put through to a recorded talking head which requests my account number or account number. All I want is to talk to a real person regarding a query. And how does a new customer buy a vodafone when the only response is for existing customers? Absolutley stupid!!!!! I am looking for another supplier who employ PEOPLE and makes their stores accessible..
