"Great Service"

I recently visited the Crop Shop to go from very dark browny red to blonde, the hairdresser who saw me was very helpful, she explained the possible problems but was friendly and did it - I was in there for 4 hours and came out blonde, woohoo! I only waited about 20 minutes and the system is well organised except for the slight musical chairs which I didn't mind but I heard people moaning about, perhaps a ticket system may be better, however I thought the service was very good! .
