This really is a gem of a rare kind compared to the beauty salons i have visited in the past.

The standard of service definitely knocks spots of some city centre salons & i would not hesitate in recommending Charisma to all of my friends. After recently having a bad riding fall i visited Charisma in search of some healing help for a badly sprained ankle and a very sore stiff neck and shoulder. I received a fantastic service from Charlotte the business owner and even got to take home specialist items to use on my shoulder and neck to help aid the recovery process. Thanks to all the girls at Charisma for taking the time out to assist & for not laughing at me for turning up in my slippers..
