"County Council Shuns Parking fine swimmers"

A review of Riverside Swimming Centre by Nick Good written on Saturday 16th of May 2009

I have been ensnared into a ludicrous parking fine after taking my children for a swim at Norwich Riverside swim centre. As a result of my phone call, Norwich County Council passed the buck and said I should take up my complaint up with the parking firm. However I feel as the property is a Council facility, Norwich Council has a responsibility to Norwich Patrons, citizens and Rate-payers.

It would be interesting to know if the County council receives any money for the privilege of this "Parking Enforcement company" to rip-off Citizens of Norwich such as myself.

Instead of addressing this growing problem, perhaps the Councillors are too busy filling their expenses sheet?.
