"Parking fine extortion"

A review of Riverside Swimming Centre by Monty written on Wednesday 13th of May 2009

I too have received a £95 demand from this legal mafioso parking enforcement firm. As a Patron of the the Swimming centre with my three sons do not believe I should pay. Never had a parking ticket before.

My confidentiality has also been breached by the DVLA who have sold my details to this private firm. This may contravene the Data Protection Acts and also European Human Rights Articles.

My sons and I also use the Riverside Cinemas who stamp my parking ticket giving Cinema Patrons 4 hours parking free. Why can't the Swimming centre adopt the same technology/policy as the the Cinemas? I suspect entrapment of innocent Patrons is the financial agenda.

Perhaps we should all lobby our constituency MPs?
