"Telephone Communication Failure"

It is my personal and ongoing experience that the branch never replies to messages left on their answerphone. It is normal to get the answerphone rather than a member of staff. It would be most appreciated if the branch manager would resolve this potentially serious issue since investors will ultimately go elsewhere. I hope this will encourage other who suffer this problem to also raise the issue in the hopes that the power of numbers will prevail..
