What more could we possibly say about Concorde but WOW, WOW, WOW - we are so so impressed with your customer service and your delivery person, Ivan. We stay in Stornoway, Western Isles of Scotland and were amazed to hear that your Company were actually prepared to come all the way to our house (enduring a three hour ferry crossing) and set up our new television (and take packaging away). We think this is an amazing service and one of the very very few companies who have not discrimated us because of where we stay. Thank you so much and once again WOW.
