In my roll as a local School Support Manager, overseeing H&S and all that it entails, I have had numerous occasions when I have required the services of Norvic Training; I personally undertook their 4-day HASW First Aid course in February of 2008. They have always proved polite and courteous, accurate and timely with their booking procedures and most supportive when providing information on course requirements. I would have no hesitation in employing their services in the future when additional members of staff require initial or reaccreditation..
