"Terrible Meal"

Today I decided to go to Highways Nurseries for lunch

what a waste of time . . I arrived at 12.55. and finally got served at 13.47 (on my receipt) I ordered 2 carvery's the turkey was only just warm the vegetables the same and the gravy - I can only say it was such a let down - having heard so much about it, and certainly not worth the money. I eat at several pubs during the week and I am served with 2 course's of lovely HOT food - and cheaper as well.

Lots of people were complaining and the chef said he

was very sorry also Katherine behind the till - I found the till to be in the wrong place as people were holding everybody up to pay and the chef just stood there waiting like a lemon . . . Do not think I will bother to go again. With such a lovely big place - surely this can be better organized..
