I having worked in transport delivery for 26 years and have never had a problem running it , Geodis ( united carriers ) was the largest independent company in GB.
UPS have now destroyed the service of delivery , wrong phone numbers a tracking system that informs you useless information and is a waste of time , note put through letter box with no driver marking to inform you what is happening.
Congratulations UPS for being so very very useless !.
