"Absolute disaster"

I booked in for a cut and blow dry and when asked told them a layered bob,easy apparently! Anyway came out with some kind of cut that apparently my hair was a new experience as it curled and then didn’t want to dry because the natural curls looked good! Got home and I’ve seen nothing worse in my life, I think my 4yr old niece could have done better. I will be visiting but only to get my money back! Stuart! What the hell are you doing hiring people that can’t cut hair, you use to be a good establishment 20 yrs ago now it seems you just employ anyone, sort it out! Daughter from a previous hairdresser!.
