"Rubbish training"

A review of Norwich Jobcentre Plus by Jobsworths who shouldn't have jobs written on Thursday 22nd of June 2023

Interview training was run by a Karen (her actual name) and side kick (can't remember her name as she had the personality of a tree trunk).

Rude, obnoxious and rushed. 25 minutes to shoe Power Point slides of text that can be accessed online without the aggro of being in a group session. Some of the group satin silence. It was like a parallel universe.

The only benefit to the session was another group member sharing hisb3xperoences with interviews and techniques and I learnt something new.

The Jo Centre is run by jobsworths who have no personality yet are given tasks to train job seekers.

This woild be an ideal opportunity to use AI. These people just aren't human.

Oh and don't ask any questions that query their processes. You will be met with stone walling and told that they are running out of time in the session. Yet they ask questions to the group.

Contrived and useless is being polite!.
