"No communication"

I took a bike needing repair over to the shop for a quote and to be placed on a waiting list. The estimated 3 week passed without a call. I tried phoning again and again. No answer and no facility to leave a message. I therefore sent an email. Once again, not even the courtesy of a reply. I have now given up and will be taking my business elsewhere. It may well be that if you can get the man to repair your bike he does a very good job but in my case he didn't even get over the first hurdle and so it has to be a one star review..
