"Toilet needed cleaning, not good."

A review of Earlham Crematorium by Paul Playford written on Thursday 4th of January 2018

My wife found the ladies toilet yesterday afternoon (3/1/18) in a very poor state, needed cleaning and very disappointed we have had to make this review (complaint).

An explanation from the Crematorium Admin. Maybe these toilets are not checked regularly or do not receive regular cleaning?.
