"Staff rudeness"

My granddaughter attended your cinema (5) tonight for the approx 6pm start, after 2 ladies not allowing her in , doubting her age to be 15 when she quoted her date of birth, she called me to ask me to run her passport to the cinema so she didn`t let her friend down who hadn`t been asked for I>D. .Up til this point all was fair, on her return a young man allowed them both in ,serving them with tickets,without asking for I.D.,.however on ticket checking the first ladies they saw again doubted her age and expressing their doubt UNPLEASANTLY ! , my granddaughter produced her passport,at which point the snide comments of ``i wonder where she got that from when she didn`t have it before`` . This is totally unacceptable behaviour.I will be letting people know how the staff think of their customers.
