Andy promptly arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed my reception problem. Ladders up on the roof new aerial fitted in no time, new coaxial in loft, reception checked, cup of tea drunk, very reasonable invoice supplied, invoice paid and Andy drove off. A VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Why can't all companies be like this..
