"Forgot to tighten wheel nuts"

They forgot to tighten the nuts on one of the wheels after a brake disc change & MOT. I only realised this when I noticed an odd repetitive noise after a lot of driving. I brought my car to the nearest garage where they identified a wobbly wheel as the problem. I was very lucky!.
