"Waiting time"

Twice I have visited for lunch (lunch time from work) and both times had to wait half an hour . Two days ago on last visit there was only one couple in before me ? One lady doing all the lunches not good . Then in between our waiting did a take away . Can't wait that long when in lunch hour . Please improve as food ok . Thanks.
