"Delivery driver refusal to help a disabled person"

I purchased some timber as I have done on meny a time and always had a good to excellent service. But today I had a delivery of floor wood from them, and the dilvery driver was not very helpful I asked if he could pass it through the window or in the hall. I explained that I was disabled having arthritis in my hips spin and hands. The answer I got from him was its not in my remit to do that and that he was on his own.I explained that the older delivery driver how came the time before was very helpful and that he was on his own and managed to put it in my hallway without any trouble and was very helpful. Says ALOT ABOUT A YOUNG MAN RUDE HE WAS..
