"Workmanship is a great job but....."

Just collect our car after a front bumper replaced really pleased with the end result and within the time specified. But after waiting some time before stating the job so as to have an auto courtesy car they let us down an hour before we took the car in. We agreed to progress the work without courtesy a car on the proviso that they would contacted us when one came in.... manual or auto... No one contacted us. On all further phone calls we made we had to repeat these details but to to avail.

In essence the technicians can't be faulted but the reception staff's lack of communication left us feeling frustrated. .
