"Little or no help"

It would seem to me that all they want to do is tick their boxes and move on. Little or no practical advice, comments like "well you're doing everything right" is really of little use at all. When asked for help funding training courses they said it might be possible IF there was a guaranteed job at the end of it, so I asked how many times that had happened, none was the reply! So no funding for courses then! So far (4 months) they have failed to give me one single lead or one single idea. I asked about an industry standard Project Management course called Prince II - they had never heard of it. I could go on.

To find a new job, you will need to do it entirely by yourself, you will get no help here I'm afraid..
