"MISSION IMPOSSIBLE"

I have, in the past (in the glorious days of brochures) been a satisfied and pretty regular attendee at Wensum Lodge. I had no problem, selecting my choice of course, tcompleting the payment and that was that.

In my endeavours last year to sign up for a course, and again this term, I have struggled endlessly to try to negotiate the website - an extremely frustrating, wearing and miserable business - in which I failed. I have only succeeded in my efforts by initially going down to Wensum Lodge and then by surviving the 16 options I was exposed to via NCC's main enquiry line; finally reading a me more of the human race who assisted me.

What a fiasco.
