"Insane"

Don't go to this studio. The woman running it is insane and a nasty piece of work.The example given above has happened to several people I know - also they are very bad at getting photos done on time, several times I have gone in there to pick photos up, only to be told that theres "been a delay at the printers", when I complained about this - after the third time - and asked for a refund - the female photographer got very aggressive with me and then tried to say I'd already had my photos and that I was trying to rip her off - like I say - she's a nutter.
