Nothing too much trouble even when my incorrect measuring of an out of square room meant the carpet was too short!! Would highly recommend Steve and Chris to anyone wishing for impeccable service. Went the extra mile to provide seamless join between 2 rooms which hadn't been specified on the original order. Right from the start, we were impressed by a really knowledgeable salesman, no pushy sales drive, just taking our needs into consideration on all aspects of the purchase.

Very happy to use them again and recommend them to friends and family..
