"An eye opening experience !"

Having used many opticians over the years and on the whole found all experiences lacking in customer care, I decided to try Dipple and Conway in Norwich. From the moment I walked in to make an appointment 10 days ago, to the moment I left with my new spectacles and trialling new contact lenses today, has been an amazing experience. All the staff are friendly and attentive. when choosing new frames I was able to have my photo taken free of chaage so I could see what they looked like ( I dont see at all well without spectacles so its difficult choosing).

A big thank you to all the staff ... You are now my opticians !!.
