I had TV's in every room connected to Sky digi eyes so I could operate two separate Sky boxes from any room but the digi eyes had stopped responding. I spoke to other companies by phone who didn't have any clue what to do and weren't even prepared to come out and try. Andy knew immediately I spoke to him what the problem was likely to be and made an appointment to fit me in at the end of his next working day as he knew I was keen to get the problem resolved as soon as possible. He was prompt arriving exactly when he said he would and was clearly knowledgeable in his work. The problem turned out to be a bir more complicated than I had explained but he wasn't fazed by it and was adamant he could fix it it.He removed and replaced numerous wires and components and stayed until it was running as I wanted not leaving my house till 7pm. Not only that he then went home and researched the Internet for reset codes for my remote controls and emailed the required details to me later that same evening. The most accommodating and helpful person you would want to meet, prompt, efficient and reasonably priced and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody looking for a reliable TV engineer. Thanks for sorting things for me Andy, it is much appreciated..
