"Disabled need toilet"

A review of Norwich Jobcentre Plus by D M written on Wednesday 18th of March 2015

Called at office to hand in hospital discharge letter and sick cert after hip replacement not standard replacement so in lot of pain and on crutches refused use of disabled toilet on say of security card because did not have green card although had discharge and sick cert and in obvious extreme pain told to walk tto jarolds security guard with to much power and no brains perhaps jarolds would like to know all job centre visitors are told to use there toilets.
