Regarding the comments from Mrs Sinfield.

That insurance company said the flat roof was damaged due to wear and tear and not covered under her insurance policy.

She forgot to mention that the roof repairs was undertaken by a subcontractor; there where issues, we agreed with these, and the roof has now been repaired to her complete satisfaction. We would also wish to indicate that Mrs Sinfield has not been charaged for any of these works..
