I emailed over twelve opticians in central Norwich to enquire if varifocal lenses could be supplied in under a week, (I live abroad, and my time in Norwich was limited). Only D & C came up with a 'yes' - all others quoted ten days or more. In fact from the day of my eye test, the glasses took only three days to arrive. Excellent service, polite, friendly and very helpful staff. Two years on and I need a replacement pair of glasses. Again, all emails answered promptly, service second to none. I shall continue to use Dipple & Conway as far as possible, in spite of the distance. .
