If you are a customer or potential customer then be prepared to expect neglect in getting the answers you require quickly. It seems to be very much an answer of "he/she is out of the office and will get back to you soon" As for the call back if it's not sales related then it's not a priority. If your a customer I hope they will fix this for you. Maybe the merger will take the smiles off certain faces within website pics and ensure they realise it's not all about the money.. .
