About mid-year time I obtained new spectacles, but could not get to grips with them so returned to your store to see what was wrong. It was my eyes that were wrong in that they had deteriorated alarmingly! I could not have wished for better service. My sight was retested and a revised prescription issued and within a very short period I received new specs. These are superb and I wish to thank your staff for the kind and efficiemt service they provided. I have used Specsavers since the early nineties and would never contemplate going elsewhere. Your Norwich shop and all its staff are brilliant and attentive. One can ask for no more than that! If you need a shop anthem/signature tune then Jimmy Cliff's is the one, and the tune is terrific too.
