"Dogs off the leash"

The potential for this park is severely undermined by the lack of enforcement of rules regarding dogs. At times they practically take over the park, especially the games area, from which they are supposed to be prohibited, making the area dangerous and uncomfortable. My two year old son actually ended up having to visit A&E due to being knocked down by a dog off the leash. .
