"8 days"

My car got hit at 30mph last Tuesday have rung them 83 or more a day to get to see some one after 6 days of trying I got them on the phone only to tell me they can't see me till Thursday.!! That's 11 days after I got hit, they r rude on the phone an very unhelpful..!!!.
