"Left my daughter upset all over Xmas"

I purchased a mobile phone b 4 Xmas for my daughters first phone only to recieve it faulty , not only did it have a chip out off the screen but it was not turning on but that could b down to the wrong charger or even the battery as noticed that it was not the rite 1 , basically it wasn't the phone I purchased on line so my partner called them to explain and they promised to send out a courier to retrieve it and they never came. As times r hard financially we could not get another phone b 4 Xmas so that left my daughter sad and upset and wasn't nice to see her that way as it's wot she wanted and choose . Wot a joke as still not heard from them so I've decided that I will take it back to them and won't b leaving till been fully refunded and compensatedm.
