I am told the telephone service is poor or worse, but I have to say my face to face experience today was wonderful. At the age of 52 I was not looking forward to going 'on the dole' but my adviser Suzi made me feel at ease and was particularly helpful with not just websites but people I can contact personally by telephone. 100% recommended for the face to face service, I suggest you ignore the negative comments regarding the telephone service and make an appointment to see an adviser..
