"Rude and arrogants"

I called several time for assistant any one that pick phone always hang phone on me and from the tone of their voice you will know they are not ready to assist you or even advice you on what to do. All they do keep giving you seperate phone number to discharge you by the time you call the number those one will pass you back to those you call before. I think they are there for decoration and collect free money at the end of the month .
