I HAVE ALWAYS BOUGHT MY CLOTHES AT M & S, BUT HAVE BEEN LOOKING ELSEWHERE

BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT HAD MANY SIZE 20 WHICH I AM NOW, OR SIZE 27" LENGTH

SKIRTS. I SEEM TO BE THE AVERAGE IN HEIGHT OF PEOPLE, 5' 4", BUT YOUR

SKIRTS THAT ARE LONGER THAN 27" I HAVE NOTICED, STAY ON THE HANGERS A LONG

TIME AND END UP IN THE SALES. M & S USED TO HAVE LOVELY SUMMER DRESSES, BUT

HAVE BEEN SAD THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN ANYMORE,

PLEASE COULD WE HAVE MORE 27" SKIRTS. AND BETTER WINTER COATS, THEY ARE

AWFUL THIS YEAR. BEEN LOOKING TO SEE IF YOU HAVE ONES WITH NORMAL COLLARS

AND NOT ONES THAT CHOKE ME, AND SOME BETTER COLOURS IN COATS.

WOULD BE NICE TO STOCK CLOTHES THAT I WANTED TO BUY,

PUT A WOMAN IN CHARGE.
