"Answer your f***ing telephones when they ring!!!!!!"

Most of the staff i have encountered within my time at Norwich jobcentre have clearly been quite poorly educated and the so called 'manager' had no managing skills whatsoever!She had no manners and offended me! The list is endless how poor this place is and i can't think of one reason how they have helped me into work,all the staff are miserable as sin and the place is full of security guards which i found quite odd,what are they guarding?.
