Our tv picture was bad every time it rained. A quick call to Andy and he explained common causes and pricing options for each scenario. Andy pitched up in the rain, accessed the roof and displayed the faulty item. He then gave options with costs and discussed best option, 20 mins later job done. :-) Andy provided an efficient, no nonsense service, and he was polite and engaging throughout. Would defo use Andy again if needed..
