Do you really think they are there to help... wake up read the music.

They are not here to help they are there to stop you claiming, to massage unemployed figures down and first and foremost to reduce payments to you. They money saved can be given to those overpaid Councillors and other executive posts. Do you honestly think they will jeopardize their cushy little numbers for what they see as low life scum. Its heads down, 35 hour week, loads of holidays, sick leave, good pension, early retirement, golden hand shakes, job security, expenses and other perks not to mention the backhanders, it's jobs for the boys and girls.

All you can do is hound the low level grunts in the office but don't too expect much from them as most of them are unemployable in the real world..
