Trying to get hold of these people by phone is beyong frustrating !!! all i want to do is get hold of a personal advisor for some adbice, but in the dozen + times i've tried getting through in the past few weeks not once have i managed to speak to someone !!!! these people do not make it easy for people to come of benefits and get back to work !!!.
