"COMPLETE WASTE OF SPACE !!!"

I am NOT a NUMBER !!! WHY are there so many SO CALLED staff there ?? They give you an appointment, you get there in plenty of time, then they completely ignore you, while they sit there yapping to each other. I am sick and tired of the way they treat people. I expect the unemployment figure are way higher than stated, as people just don't want to go there !!!! If the SO CALLED staff have nothing to do, hide them away somewhere, so people like me don't think they are being ignored but saying that, I've complained so many times to the management, (even getting £50 compensation on one occasion) but STILL NOTHING changes. The TAX PAYERS pay your wages, so get off your backsides and do some work !!!.
