The jobcentre is too poor for words, the staff dont know who the other staff are, I got passed from person to person throughput a month and a half and still do I haven't had a proper advisor for ages, they then put me on the work proggramme which I sit at for 40 minutes talking about a cv and they leave me for 15 minutes while they're doing god knows what, then they stop my money because I couldn't attend the work programme because I have family issues and they aren't bothered ha and I called them only to get through on the 100th call then they use an innapropriate tone of voice the. When you get a job that's when they're interested, it makes me sick..
