"Answer the telephone"

To talk to the jobcentre via the phone is a joke. They are permernantly engaged and they cut you off on a 0845 number. You ring back to suffer the same! Why !!! I'm, paying for the call at national rates, can't they employe more people or is nobody willing to do the job????
