As a long standing customer of Lloyds bank I was disgusted to find two of your branches had no disabled access. These were Ellison Street Jarrow and Fawcett Street Sunderland. Would you please look into this situation and instigate a remedy as this caused a great inconvenience as I was wheelchair bound and am likely to be so for the foreseeable future..
