SOMEONE CALLED MY MOTHER FROM LLOYDS BANK LAST WEEK TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BUT UNFORTUNATELY, COULD NOT MAKE IT AS SHE IS UNWELL. IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF THE PERSON WHO CALLED GAVE HER A CONTACT NUMBER SHOULD FOR ANY REASON SHE COULDN'T MAKE IT & IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF THERE WAS CONTACT TEL. NO'S ON YOUR WEBSITE & EMAIL WOULD ALSO BE HELPFUL. INSTEAD IT HAS TAKEN SOMETIME TO GET THROUGH ON THE GENERAL LINE, WHICH IS ALSO AUTOMATED. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. SHE COULDN'T LET THE PERSON KNOW BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME BECAUSE OF TRYING TO FIND A NUMBER, ETC..
