"NEVER ORDER FROM HERE"

This 'Parlour' was the worst service i have ever encountered. Being a large Hotel we recommended UK Pizza to a guest. As the hotel is 5 minutes away we did not think it would be very long. An HOUR and a HALF later the order which consisted of a pizza and a bottle of coke had not arrived.

We called Uk Pizza who off handly stated the order would be with us shortly. ANother 20 minutes later it still had not arrived, they also would not answer the phone when we rang.

When the delivery guy eventually arrived he seemed shocked and joked that he was only 5 minutes away so shouldn't have been over an HOUR and a HALF late. He then discounted the order of 40p. What a JOKE!

Suffice to say they have lost the custom of not only this hotel but we have passed on the disgusting service feedback to the surrounding area..
